Instructions
Authors are invited to submit papers of at least 6 pages in a PDF file, with single space, single column and font size of 11 point (including all figures, tables and references), through Easychair (http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=hpess09).Submitted papers must not have been previously published elsewhere nor currently under review in another conference or journal.
Accepted papers will appear in the workshop proceedings.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the workshop.
